It was moved by Wende Heckert and seconded by Gary Arehart to declare the meeting open and properly advertised by advance notice through publication in the "Antelope County News" as shown by the certificate attached to the official minutes of the meeting. Notice of the meeting was simultaneously given to the president and all the Board members prior to the meeting. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the notice to the president and members of this meeting. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. It was announced that the Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted in the meeting room and agendas were available for interested persons. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Wende Heckert and seconded by Randy Jochum to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held in November as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Craig Brewster and seconded by Bob Chilcoat to approve the November treasurer's report as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Charles Balsiger and seconded by Troy Berryman to approve the bills as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Beth Gentrup and seconded by Gary Arehart to approve the placement of $2,000,000 into a certificate of deposit with BankFirst for a 12-month term. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Bob Chilcoat and seconded by Troy Berryman to approve the home base change from Main Office to CLC for Brittany Waldow. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Charles Balsiger and seconded by Wende Heckert to to adjourn at 6:25 pm. The motion Carried.
